Scanning Services
At Rhino Docs we provide a wide array of scanning services which are included in our basic package. Pricing is based on full banker boxes, so you'll know upfront exactly how much your scanning project is going to cost. Rhino Docs also provides pickup and delivery services for your documents which will be securely transported to our scanning facility.
Staples and paperclips are removed, post-its are secured and over- or odd-sized papers are hand prepared. Documents are then scanned, indexed, and converted to a searchable text (OCR scanning) PDF format or your desired file format. Your files will be exported to a DVD or your provided Hard Drive. Once Rhino Docs has performed quality control comparisons to the original documents and you have verified your digital documents, we can securely shred your documents or return them to you.
